| DESIGN NAME: Roam Slowly PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: Home makes one return to their original selves. Here one can undress themselves and retrieve the starting point of life with primitive materials. A mild natural aroma fills the room, enabling natural atmosphere to guide the family in resting and having a slow-paced life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This residence design project is a 4-storey single house with the public areas of the lounge and dining room located at the first floor, while the second and third floor are resting spaces such as the main and secondary bedrooms, and the fourth floor is designed as the living room. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Overall, it has apparent separation between its public and private areas, both of which are equipped with an abundance of functions. Wooden materials are used at various places to bring the atmosphere of a forest indoor. Although being well-designed, it is a simple and uncomplicated residence that is calm and tranquil. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The lounge of the public sector has great taste with the back of the sofa close to the vertical cedar wood that runs through the ceiling like a tree towering into the sky. The ceiling window enables outdoor greenery to shine indoors, filling up the room with forest atmosphere. The simple quality mild gray main TV wall made with architectural concrete extends such mild tone colors throughout the room. The room was decorated with furniture of the same and refreshing color tone. Iron display cupboards at the back and cupboards at the dining rooms correspond with one another like yin and yang. Materials such as glass and steel components are also integrated into simple and monologue color tone, returning the expression of this space into its primitive form. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 230 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The rear side of the dining room is connected with the kitchen, in which sound cedar tables and chairs installed here resemble to sitting or lying down under trees. Uncoated cedar woods bring out an aromatic smell through the meridional currents that fill the room. At the same time, it also moderates the indoor microclimate such as the moisture and temperature, creating a comfortable emotion both visually and aromatically. Light up dim lights and you can create a refined dining space. CHALLENGE: As for spaces of the private sector, it continues to use the spatial color of mild gray and wooden materials by collaging the wall with wooden materials. Architectural concrete is used on the semi-open TV wall, while the moderate colors used allow one to thoroughly relax themselves and enjoy its tranquility and simplicity.
