| DESIGN NAME: Novolife International Medical Center PRIMARY FUNCTION: International Medical Center INSPIRATION: The design of the whole space is based on the natural environment around the site with mountains, waters and bamboo forests. With the concepts of looking up at mountains, listening to water sounds and viewing bamboo scenery, the design highlights the connection between space and nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Novolife International Medical Center is positioned as a high-end health management organization. The design highlights the relationship between space and nature. The aim is to create a medical space for patients to have emotions and belongings, and to realize a truly modern, fashionable and humanized medical center. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The top aluminum plate adopts the fastening or hooking installation method, which is very convenient for construction, while convenient for disassembly and maintenance, and can avoid the disadvantages of the gypsum board having to open the access port. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Decorative materials are mostly antibacterial, environmental protection, impact resistance, friction resistance, easy to scrub, long service life products, system integration is to integrate the advantages of a variety of materials in one, applied in the decorative space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 22000 square meters. The whole space emphasizes the natural, healthy and modern atmosphere, removes the sharp edges and stiffer shapes, and at the same time applies the wooden elements that embody the affinity of life to all regions in a simple design language. Perfect fit for the modern and scientific sense of the medical center. CHALLENGE: First, the construction period of the project is very short, only three months from blank to completion. Second, the project budget is small and the design team needs to control the cost. Under the condition of relatively low capital input, it is necessary to control the cost of labor and materials saving. Third, this project needs to be put into use immediately after finishing decoration.
