| DESIGN NAME: La Croyance Villa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Luxury Show Villa INSPIRATION: The project is inspired by Wang Ximeng's Thousand mile River and Mountain Map in the Northern Song Dynasty. The vast rivers and rolling mountains make up a beautiful landscape map in the south of the Yangtze River. The quiet scenes of fishing villages, markets, pavilions, thatcheries, and bridges of water mills intersect with the dynamic scenery of fishing, boating, playing and foot driving. When designing, the space vision is like a landscape picture scroll unfolding slowly on both sides. The development of people's mood will be further away. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the first Yue project naming system to start a mountain, the project has made many rounds of research on the etiquette gardens, demonstrating the needs of the elite, and integrating the spirit of French gardens with the true meaning of Chinese gardens. Adjacent to the ecological corridor and natural wetland along the Wenyu River, it enjoys 70,000 square meters of ecological park landscape privately. Its exterior architecture is based on the elegant French form, supplemented by Chinese elements. The western form is the integration of Oriental charm, natural and natural, which gives people a luxurious and comfortable space feeling. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The final plan is to construct a calm, low-key and luxurious atmosphere with high-rise wooden wall first. Three kinds of weak-contrast stone on the ground are collaged to form tire texture, showing interwoven aesthetic feeling and enhancing the level of space. The adjacent bar space is clean and bright. The crocodile leather bar, wooden wine cabinet and ancient copper pillar are integrated with traditional crafts in detail. The present situation is ancient. Mixed in a corner, as if through another time and space of seclusion and mystery. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Spatial scale is broad, broad and transparent, lines are balanced and symmetrical, creating a sense of etiquette and ritual of a family handed down from generation to generation. Facade design uses Chinese elements as pen, modern materials as paper, that is, using modern decorative materials, combining with carefully selected Chinese elements to deduce, attaching importance to details in technology, grasping scale, emphasizing material handover processing, to meet the harmony and unity of spatial tonality, in order to achieve a gentle and cordial space situation closer to people's living reality. From the orientation of graffiti art style to the integration of ancient cars, communication and work with various departments and relevant professionals have encountered various unexpected difficulties. Finally, with everyone's efforts, a better space effect has been achieved. CHALLENGE: The design of mezzanine floor is a difficult point in space design. Finally, it is defined as the embroidery room of the hostess, creating a quiet, elegant and long Zen independent space. Considering that the skylight is located at the corner of the ceiling can naturally daylight, combined with the soft luminous ceiling design, the light source is matched and combined to make it interwoven with natural harmony. Antique car home cinema is another design difficulty of the project. The way to achieve the best space display effect has been closely and meticulously discussed by the designers.
