| DESIGN NAME: Brother Fortune Villa Type 160 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Luxury Showflat INSPIRATION: Combined with modern-fashion design method, the design is based on the European neoclassical style with Mongolian decorative patterns and colors as refined elements, thus presenting an elegant, noble and calm atmosphere interiors. The spatial form full of strength is constructed through clear lines and shapes of unbroken planes, which resonate with the curves and curved surface extracted from European neoclassical elements in which a cultured atmosphere of grace and leisureliness is delivered. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in one of the major city of Inner Mongolia with one of the largest urban natural park in China just across the adjacent road. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sense of lightness and grace in the space is attributed to the texture and tonality of Burdur Beige and Crema Ultraman marbles, and meanwhile precious white and orange jades are used as local ornaments. The master bedroom and its bathroom are decorated with hand-painted wallpaper featuring flower and bird embroidery as well as triangular yellow mother of pearl to present a high-quality appearance where multiple materials including woods, precious metals and leather are also used to enhance its sense of urbanism and modern fashion. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The overall tone is based on natural colors in which off-white is used as the base color for the clear and clean space while pink and blue characterize living rooms with different identities and atmospheres. Together with vivid and varied ornament details instill sense of exploration and originality, referencing the local Mongolian culture as the jewel in the crown, highlighting the local characteristics, rendering the space both intimacy and quality. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area: 160 square meters Height: highest 2.7m, lowest 2.4m TAGS: Luxury, Residence, Interior Design, Classical, Timeless, Showflat, Show Villa, High End Residential RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The intervening project takes place early, and participates from the beginning of the building plane, and studies and optimizes the indoor layout together with the building units. In this way, the indoor plane can be more reasonable and optimized, one step in place, and the cost of adjusting the pattern in the later period can be reduced. CHALLENGE: Because the project level is low, the area is small, so it is difficult to create a European style feeling, so in the design, we deliberately retained the European style classical stigma and line practices, and omitted the more complex carving, so that it not only prompts the style, space also appears simple and clean.
