| DESIGN NAME: Living in Europe PRIMARY FUNCTION: Public Amenities INSPIRATION: This residential building ingeniously consolidates the architectural elements, e.g. stones, columns and arches, that convert into the symmetrical and elegant building exteriors reestablishing the charms in the 18-century Europe. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The raised public area, congruously corresponding to the building appearances, manifests the majestic allurements, which are reminiscent of living in the classical Europe. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The public area includes the facilities, e.g. lounge, bar and gym, that are exclusively accessible only for the residents. The rectangular and symmetrical floor plan, utilizing the classical and sleek design skills, forges the one-of-a-kind space characters, which have complete functions and delicate spaces. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The lobby entrance furnished with the elegant marble walls and exquisite chandelier displays the amiable and hospitable invitations. The splendid and gorgeous front entrance, other than corresponding to the building facade, remarkably blends the interior design elements to the building public area. Decorated with the brown wooden-texture materials and mirrors, the delicate walkway and unique ceiling artistically resemble the time tunnel bringing people to a different time space. The particular-style public area, constructed with ceilings in different heights, reveals the diverse charisma. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 314 square meters TAGS: Interior Design,Public amenities, Public Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The dignified carved mirror and unique wood ceiling, furthermore, bring out the classical charms. As the lights sprinkling in the lounge, where is adorned with the elegant white, wooden floor-to-ceiling bookcases and display stands, this space diffuses the elegant and delightful magnetism. The gym and bar adorned with woods expose the poised aura. CHALLENGE: Paralleling the art gallery decoration, the lounge embellished with the delicate Monet paintings exposes the artistic style. The tall and magnificent reading room is decorated with the exquisite white marbles and moldings that construct the symmetrical planes integrating the contemporary and classical features.
