| DESIGN NAME: Tree PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tattoo Shop INSPIRATION: Tattoo is an eternal imprint. This tattoo parlor represents eternal trees as the design language. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The trees at the entrance represent the spirit, and the light from the domes represents the ink.The light is glowing through the light well into waiting room, just like colors filling in pigment needles. The color extends from floor to wall then up to ceiling, each filled pigment needle is introducing people into the room. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: I used silhouette trees as the design language of the ceiling and the walls, which are related to those plants under the center light well. The lighting has multi layers and from different directions, that gave tattooists uniform light sources.using a polygonal roof design to achieve average illumination.And guide people into the room through the lighting system. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The rounded roof of the central tree, using daylighting glass and adding hidden fluorescent lamps around SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width9681mm x Depth5130mm x Height3600mm TAGS: hecingdesign，vidaï RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The tattooist needs a working space without shadows. I realized through the design of the ceiling. CHALLENGE: Trees represent eternal, interpreting the meaning of tattoos.Create a path through natural light and luminaires, with wall and ceiling design through tree shadows.
