| DESIGN NAME: Native Palace - Yang Gui Li Sales Center PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Inspired from minimalism in the Southern Song Dynasty, the designer integrating the natural elements and traditional crafts of mortise and tenon joint subtly manifests the oriental philosophy in the contemporary-style design work, which is solemn and elegant. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A mind-settled city advocates the amicable relationship among self, people and nature. Adjoining the city, a residential utopian is a peaceful environment that circulates the charismas of gorgeous homes and cultural humanity. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Architecture is one of the most influential media of culture. The design plan of Native Palace is based on the spirits of composure, modesty and long-lasting oriental wisdoms. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The oriental architects addressing the artistic conceptions and extraordinary crafts have been developing their specific exquisite aesthetics, which is as monumental, graceful and enduring as the Ruyao Kiln. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 1200 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Space, Sales Center, Oriental, Residential RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Situated in Jiangnan, the Native Place is surrounded by the mountains and lake. The Native Palace adjacent to Xianghu inherits the advantages of the abundant natural environments and cultures. This appealing countryside is famed for the prestigious Tang Dynasty poet He Zhizhang who left to the world the excellent poetry “Coming Home.” CHALLENGE: The design of modern oriental aesthetics is down-to-earth and omnipresent. This place presents the desirable homes where people enjoy the wonderful moment of tranquility.
