| DESIGN NAME: The World of Yuppie PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The private area decorations incorporate the elements from three different countries, such as America and Canada, that delineate the tones of colors and styles. A specific multifunctional room specifically designed in this house pacifies the residents with complete residential functions as well. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For the three brothers, as the house owners moving back to Taiwan from different countries, the residential interior design, based on the concept of international fashion hotels, defines the gray tone as the main colors in the public area. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Three bedrooms represent three countries. The room decorated with the wall mount headboard, on which the orange leather, and with the woods signifies the maple leaf from Canada. The room embellished comprehensively with crystal blue symbolize the serene and cold ambience in North Europe. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project designed in 2018,Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The big structural column decorated with the baking varnish glass, gray mirror and paints is inconspicuously hidden, and is congruously reconciled to the integral walls extending from the entryway to the living room. The geometric patterns on the TV wall, embellished with the low-saturation colors gray, black and white, corresponds to the image of map. The divergent and delicate textures of the four wallpapers, decorated on the wall behind the classic leather couches remarkably illustrate the Yuppie fashion. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 195 square meters TAGS: Residential,Space,In RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In the fashionable open space, the geometric lines adorned on the door of the cabinet by the entryway is inspired from the Google Map. The entryway, designed on the concept of functional fashion, is decorated with the mirrors that combine the pragmatic and stylish factors. CHALLENGE: The multifunctional room, with which integrated the Japanese-style tea table, is decorated extensively with woods that establish the window seat and storage space. The table adroitly hidden in the wood floor cleverly turns this space into the guest room as well.
