| DESIGN NAME: Zhonghai Upper Bay Sales Center PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: In order to refind cultural characteristics of Fujian province,China. The collocation of the overall design should not only highlight the traditional flavor of Chinese style, but also conform to the life preferences of contemporary people. We chose huge ink painting as the material of special craft. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For this case, the designer has adopted a traditional Chinese subject of 'Ink and wash'.During the process of design, expressing the elements of mountain, water and stone with simple composition.Besides, the designer expertly used the methods of blank-leaving,moveme OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: From the perspective of the life of the user, the space experience can be maximized according to the characteristics and hobby of the target customer group , to meet the demands and comfort of the best interests of the customers. Through multiple communications with customers, dig into the needs to achieve the desired results.Combined with "characteristic PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Augustl 2017 in Guangzhou and finished in April 2018 in Xiamen. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Marble, custom wallpaper, wood veneer SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 694 mĀ² TAGS: Oriental , Art , Chinese Color , Respect Nature , Chinese Ink Painting RESEARCH ABSTRACT: After communicated with clients and construction team again and again, taking "Respect Nature and Emphasize Space" as core design concept, designer adopted modern Chinese design techniques to combine the aesthetics of ink painting, the atmosphere of oriental charm and the mood of self-satisfaction to express the convergence of the art and business. CHALLENGE: In order to refind lthe cultural characteristics of Fujian provinceļ¼China.The collocation of the overall design should not only highlight the traditional flavor of Chinese style, but also conform to the life preferences of contemporary people.
