| DESIGN NAME: The Arts House PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space INSPIRATION: The owners advocate simplicity and comfort in their lives and are quite sensitive to art. At the same time, considering that there are two children in the family, the whole project has a high demand for materials, color and environmental protection, so the designer incorporates many dimensions, such as personnel structure, psychological needs and living habits, into the design consideration. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a residential space with quality and connotation, which not only meets the basic needs of a family's daily life, but also achieves the rational distribution of the functions of each space, and shows the aesthetic taste and life taste of the host in details. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In a calm and restrained tone, simple decoration creates space fusion and visual tension. While delineating the warm pictures of a family together, we define the modern art fashion of space together. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Background walls at both ends of the living room show the collision of metal with stone and wood veneers. In the intersection of blocks, all deconstructions are pulled out to release the imagination space that breaks through the conventions with the unique combination of shape and decoration. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project covers a total of 375 square meters. The designer takes the earth color as the main tone, and uses different saturation color systems to embellish, injecting a sense of hierarchy and nature. TAGS: Residential, Villa, House, Artistic, Elegance, Fashion, Light extravagance RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This case is a three-storey villa, the owner is a couple and two children. In addition to the beauty of the project, the material, color and environmental protection requirements are very high. Therefore, designers take into consideration many dimensions such as personnel structure, psychological needs and living habits. By emphasizing the proportion and layout of space, designers can interpret the modern simple life interest to a certain extent. CHALLENGE: From a practical aesthetic perspective, designers divide the entrance, dining room and living room with the help of the original partition wall. As an important supplement to the living room, the outdoor garden touches nature and makes the four seasons beautiful scenery everywhere in the home. The tall and empty structure in the basement is open and hierarchical, and the overall functional layout is very rich.
