| DESIGN NAME: Hilton Hotel Xiaoshan PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hotel INSPIRATION: Hilton is located in Hangzhou, a city famous for its water. Designers extract the image of water as a design element, which echoes the surrounding natural environment of the site, and interprets the ethereal transparency in vision, space and spirit, showing their love and warmth for life in exquisite details. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Hilton is a hotel design project, which follows functional requirements to achieve intensive and fluid integration layout. The designer interprets the life expression with a concise approach. In this case, it not only pays attention to the comfortable sensory experience, but also combines the natural environment, cultural heritage and modern aesthetics. Through materials and furnishings, the space is endowed with clear charm, creating a spiritual atmosphere of heaven and earth. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Qingya Chinese restaurant creates Oriental charm with modern aesthetic demand. The space is mainly grey, white and brown. Combined with the use of different materials, texture, color and shape, draw a rich but not fussy space. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in February 2015 in Hangzhou and finished in June 2018 in Hangzhou. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The front desk uses the large white , without a garnish but left infinite reverie. The background metope that adornment glass builds water grain effect, show all soft with exquisite. In order to avoid giving person deep well phase, the designer combines with a suspended glass partition , then cut the boundaries of space neatly. The bright floating lamp, matching the fireplace , form the interaction of shadow and temperature. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project covers a total of 103000 square meters. The designer uses contemporary perspective to gift dimensional different individual character. TAGS: Interior, Commercial, Hotel, Modern Style, Oriental charm, Reception, Simple RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This case is located in Hangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city. Based on Oriental aesthetics, the designer Jerry Wu and his team use the modern feelings of design language to deduce the esteem of nature.The design elements are mainly natural marble. It not only reflects the quality of the project, but also caters to the feelings of nature. The metal and artistic glass emphasize the contemporary sense of whole space. CHALLENGE: Based on the original architectural structure, the whole day restaurant uses the open pattern. In addition, the designer makes use of limited space, through interspersed metal shelves, materials and color ,forming a kind of chic stereo feeling.
