| DESIGN NAME: Yong Fu Intercontinental W Club hall PRIMARY FUNCTION: Public Facility 3D Renderings INSPIRATION: The buildings of this association building and public facility designing project take a low profile posture that “grow” within the environment. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The main buildings take up 3 sides in fluid curves that naturally blend within the “group”. Many large trees were planted in the external spaces, making it a highly greened outdoor space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Mr. Andou Tadao once said, “Concrete is a structural concept and a concept without additional disguise.” PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project design in 2018 Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This enables the main body of the building to jump off materials used for conventional building surfaces. Fir mold fair-faced concrete, which has a low profile color, was used as the main construction material, thus hiding the low profile concretes in Mother Nature. Along the way, there are also outdoor greens with natural constructions, trees and waters. This natural and simple texture further incorporates the building with its surrounding outdoor scenery. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is Public facility 3D renderings TAGS: Interior Design,Commercial Space, Public,Concept 3D RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The 3-storey building applied a gradual-retreating design that enables all 3 stories to be integrated with external spaces while introducing abundant natural lights. “Introducing natural environment” nearly makes water, light, wind, greens and other elements the main cast of this design project. Natural elements build up every corner of this place. CHALLENGE: Regarding the design of its interior spaces, family reading space and light meal space were designed for the first floor and were all dispatched in a circular arc, responding to the appearance of the building and creating using spaces with fluid flow. Resting seats were arranged at the outdoor wooden terrace, surrounding users with greenery and water.
