| DESIGN NAME: Longfor Mansion Customization Studio PRIMARY FUNCTION: Customization Studio INSPIRATION: To create a harmonious atmosphere, soft decorations has followed the style of the interior design. The deign has broadened the reach and content of the space, using round and rectangle lights as well a distinctive decorations to redefine the space and provide unique experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project enjoys convenient traffic and complete supporting facilities, which will draw the attention of the elites and celebrities. These people have great confidence in themselves and in their uncommon taste. Thus the design is not constrained by style, instead, modern skills, elegant colors and art decorations are employed to interpret the beauty of modern elegance. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The first floor is designed for exhibition, the second floor is for negotiation and sample selection, and the third floor is the working space for the designers. There is also a mezzanine floor for private meetings or press conferences. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Geometric patterns, simple lines and surfaces, dominant gray, marble and metal are combined together to form a poetic and elegant space which shows the taste and style of the studio. The round tea table, streamline sofa, luminous paintings are well arranged to make the space for private meetings elegant and comfortable. There are showcases for samples in the working space for the owner, color palettes and materials as well as woolen sewing machine. Rareness, sense of history and hand-made customization should be the labels the of the space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project Area: 400 square meters TAGS: Yi Tonghua, ZEST ART, Customization Studio, Fashion RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As far as the designer is concerned, the metropolises are more likely to be suburbanized according to the experience of the developed countries. The result depends on whether there is high-quality management to meet the unique lifestyle of people living in the district. Since the group are well educated with aesthetic taste and international perspective, they have a high requirement for quality, personality and fashion. Located in the suburb of Shanghai, Longfor Mansion enjoys convenient traffic and complete supporting facilities, which will draw the attention of the elites and celebrities. CHALLENGE: The garment customization studio named FERN STYLISTS, whose owner Fern Wu knows well about art and fashion. And the designer needs to start from the requirements of the owner, creating unique working experience for the studio. The space design should targets the elite class who have great confidence in themselves and in their uncommon taste.
