UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The lady owner of this house has 20 years of experience in fashion, art and professional aesthetic design; she has resided in and traveled across places such as Italy and Shanghai, collecting inspiration and beauty from various countries. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A home defines its inhabitants, just as taste defines a person. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in New Taipei City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Homeowner Elaine Wei favors a black classical interior; the foyer features a refined set of carved lacquer cabinet shelves with artistic sculptures to create the image of an art gallery. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 40 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Having reached the age of retirement, she seeks to build herself a luxury residence in Taiwan. As a property owner, she has boldly participated in the design process, teaming up with famous designers to create a living space that exudes a distinct personal style that spans interior design, art, fashion and the humanities. CHALLENGE: The elegant European-style classical cabinet in the living room showcases the homeowner’s private collection of exquisite, top-grade porcelain; the opposite side combines tasteful golden wood grain with delicate black-lined walls in the golden ratio to create a minimalist neoclassical look.
