| DESIGN NAME: ChingJia T-Power Citizen Plaza PRIMARY FUNCTION: Public Space INSPIRATION: This case is a commercial office building public space planning and design. Unlike ordinary office buildings, owners and designers intend to create more advanced high-end office space, and actively explore other space requirements while not at work. In addition to office work, we expect to be able to increase the space for leisure, conferences and social events in our office buildings, attempt to advance with the multi-dimensional development of modern society. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In addition to the office space, we have set up dedicated large, medium and small meeting rooms and business centers to cater for business needs. We also include leisure spaces such as lounge bar and golf driving range for different types of business meetings; we also planned massage rooms, nursing room and other humane space, provide hard-working staff more diversified leisure activities. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: To build joint modern office space for small and medium size enterprises is the latest trend in the development of office space; as a business development trend leading developer, to develop business innovation trend, devote to unlimited exploration of future work. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Main lobby, elevator hall, conference hall ... overall planning is beautiful, gorgeous and yet is still in stable style, moving routes in an orderly manner. Enter the lobby, it is difficult not to be attracted by the vivid and strongly irregular spatial sense lines of space design, it is like suddenly lost the sense of direction, white striped stone piled smooth curve wall, exaggerated up and down titanium mirror ceiling boards corresponding combination has a strong visual impact, while walking in the space, there is upside down feeling weather it is walking on ground or sky. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 1459 square meters TAGS: Interior Design,Plaza,Public, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Enter the elevator, the futuristic sense of elevator creates another visual impression, white material with white light and mirror-shaped metal looks like walk into sci-fi movie scene.In the public shared large and small size conference rooms use aviation aluminum as main material of walls, cool stylish and very modern feeling; conference rooms’ public gallery walls with red paint glass change space atmosphere, make people full of energy and enthusiasm. CHALLENGE: In addition caring planning massage room for office staff to release pressure, nursing room for new mothers.... allow users fully feel designers and developer’s friendly and thoughtful mind.
