| DESIGN NAME: Left Nest Business Community PRIMARY FUNCTION: Business Community INSPIRATION: In the past seven decades, as the main tools at office, computer has changed a lot, which has brought about an ever-changing office environment. The design element of this project is just inspired by the computer technology history, which can be seen in the overall space design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The community has a wide range of functions: from communication and meetings to entertainment and activities. Except for a working place, it is also a place for entertainment and leisure after work. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Tearoom is necessary in the business negotiations in China. It is also a place to meditate, to relieve the working pressure, and to gain strength in a moment of quiet thinking. The brainstorming room is for team innovation. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Located in Raffles Plaza, the core business district of CBD in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Left Nest Business Community is a high-end co-working space of more than 6,000 square meters. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Following the arc copper tube in the ceiling, it is the exhibition space. It features a customized steel screen with special digital elements, showing the function of the entire area. The main materials includes:punched aluminum plate, craft brick, stainless steel, terrazzo and steel plate. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: It is composed of a community and flexible working spaces, where diversified functions are integrated, including tearooms, training rooms, negotiation rooms, conference rooms, meditation rooms, roadshows areas, exhibition areas, bars and brainstorming rooms. Each region has its unique meaning, covering the three floors and even the whole building. TAGS: Office, Co-working, Modern, Interior, Steel RESEARCH ABSTRACT: At the entrance door, there is an arc-shaped leisure bar, revealing a sense of industrial style. Following the arc copper tube in the ceiling, it is the exhibition space. It features a customized steel screen with special digital elements, showing the function of the entire area. Next to the exhibition area, it comes the roadshow area which connects the audience by the curved ceilings. CHALLENGE: When the night falls, the cocktail mode is turned on. The LED light can adjust its color temperature according to the atmosphere of the bar to increase the comfort. On the back, a beer bar offers beers from all over the world. It is far more than a co-working space.
