| DESIGN NAME: Sports Players PRIMARY FUNCTION: Corporate Headquarter INSPIRATION: In the industrial reinforced concrete jungle, creating office space closely related to the nature of work may be the pursuit of every entrepreneur. Some people prefer modern office buildings, others yearn for unique personality space. When design, work and sports merge together, new office inspiration comes out. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The owner of this office is a young entrepreneur who manages sports fashion goods. He dares to think and dare to do it. He has the spirit of innovation and desire to break the rigidity of traditional office. The office should not be too serious. It should be fashionable and vigorous. It can match the brand image of the company. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The original ground parking guardrail is dismantled, the cement is polished, the original cement texture of the ground is maintained, the staggered layer design is raised, and the layered sense is increased from the sight to the point of arrival, which is consistent with the overall loft style and meets the cost requirements of the owners, and naturally brings into our design concept. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Remove the parking guardrail of the original ground, polish with cement, maintain the original cement texture of the ground, enhance staggered layer design, increase the sense of layer from landscape to place, and conform to the style of the whole attic, meet the cost requirements of the owners, and naturally incorporate into our design concept. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The total area of the project is 340 square meters TAGS: Design, Fashion, Vitality, Work, Sports RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The wall is full of line feeling design, the use of very common colored steel tiles painted yellow, line design appeals. Lines drive the whole design, creating relatively concealed personal space in the open office space. Transparent glass in conference rooms and independent office areas is young and fashionable, and louvers are used to realize the privacy protection needed for office. CHALLENGE: The location of office space is very personalized. The space is located between the first floor and the underground parking garage. Only in the complex geographical environment of Chongqing, the mountain city, can such a special space exist. Originally used as a parking space, after transformation, it has become a fashionable avant-garde office space with complete functions.
