| DESIGN NAME: One Parls PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: Under the premise of pursuing simple aesthetics, the design processing is both delicate and elegant. The nuances of simple materials and their texture emphasize the composition of concise spaces. Space itself has been shown here, the restrained temperament of space makes people feel quiet, soft, implicit. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is the design of an office located near the bay of a prosperous city. The design organically combines traditional artistic conception with modern style. Spatial conception and regional characteristics are skillfully docked. Simple and quiet design theme runs through the whole project. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The nuances of simple materials and their texture emphasize the composition of concise spaces. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The whole space uses simple color block collocation, and increases the composition of the space through the edge-wrapping effect of ferrous metal, each line is just right to continue the space. The wall of meeting room uses a lot of stone to ensure the simplicity of the space and enhance the visual beauty of the room. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 160 square meters and is divided into two floors. TAGS: Office, Bay, Elegance, Modern style, Traditional artistic conception, SOHO, Simple and quiet RESEARCH ABSTRACT: A quiet and elegant office is the ideal working environment for modern urbanites. In the design process of this project, the designer Yuxing Jiang uses concise lines, clear blocks and elegant color to form a very elegant space. In order to cater to the overall design concept of the project, the Oriental elements are presented in a modern way, and the space gets the ideal quality effect with the matching of artwork with natural flavor. CHALLENGE: The main challenge through out the project is the combination of visual beauty and style connotation. The owner pays much attention to the functional, emotional and ornamental value of the space, hoping to create the spatial integration and visual tension in the calm and restrained tone. The designer skillfully selected light blue artistic lighting, perfectly connecting the upstairs and downstairs space, gentle and harmonious lighting effect, increase the mysterious temperament of the space.
