| DESIGN NAME: Glory PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: Gray, as a neutral color, is extensively painted in the living room on the first floor, in which the colors combinations including beige, greyish blue and matte gold that develop the classical elegance. The living and dining rooms embellished in neutral colors pave out the majestic styles, on which the decorations of chic furniture fixtures consistently sustain the classy charms. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The magnificent grandeur of the lofty house, which shows it unsurpassed beauty of grandiloquence and classic, carves out the delicate layouts and decorations. The design plan focuses on presenting the house owner’s needs for a residence with rational space arrangements. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The basement, where has the largest size in the house, is well-lighted and –ventilated that constitute into a comfortable space for family activities accordingly. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The private space, incorporating the master and second bedrooms, and study room. For the house owner placing a high value on the intelligent technology, the designer built on the wall of study room the intelligent control panel that effortlessly manages the privacy security system. The advanced technology systems, installed in the house, conveniently establish the satisfactory living environment as well. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 461 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The basement is divided into two primary recreational areas, one of which is female lounge that is furnished with a large open kitchen, 4-meter-long dining table, dressing room behind a dam-like stone adornment, and SPA with a personal hot tub. CHALLENGE: The male lounge, on the other side of basement, is amiable accessible for wine tasting, and music instruments and billiards playing. The sunlight filtering through the glass ceiling, through which the light reflection from the pool meanwhile, figuratively devise a delightful space resembling a natural environment.
