| DESIGN NAME: Dspace Salon PRIMARY FUNCTION: Hair Salon INSPIRATION: The store, decorated on the basis of the plain materials and intensive modernism, is embellished with gray as the core structures, black as the outlines and woods as the coverings that interactively convert into the compatible medium in the space. The graceful delicacy of modernism, coordinated with the patterns of LOFT style, presents the lightening attractions. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: D Space Salon is a hair beauty salon advocating the authentic simplicity and functionality as the essential elements from modernism, of which the clear-cut style constitutes into a new concept store merging the business of hair beauty and wedding dresses. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A long big table, in the middle of store, figuratively defines space into different areas, which meanwhile have smooth layout. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in Apr. 2017 in Yilan County, Taiwan. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The cool color tone, which are cement finish paints massive embellished in the store, has artistically manifested the natural landscaping attractions. The light reflecting on the cool gray colors develops the delicate textures. The large-scale decorations of natural woods, eps. in tables and cabinets, intensify the elegant qualities exclusive in a fashion store. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 102 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Public Space, Commercial ,Salon RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The colors ornamented on the ceilings, walls and floors visually and inventively distinguish space characteristics so as to consolidate at best the values of functionalities, aesthetics and marketing strategies all at once. CHALLENGE: The urbanization of society has intensified the population density, which forces the architectural and interior design to fight for the size of lands. The phenomenon of pseudo industrialization has an influence on the essence of buildings, the impact extending the spaces upward. Based on the aesthetic perspectives and design skills, the design work extraordinarily harmonizes the relationships between the human sensations and natures, the ultimate perfection of design energy displaying the backbones and qualities of the spaces.
