Visited and met many survivors and supporters from Tsunami caused by another mega quakes in 2011 throughout Tohoku region, northern part of Japan. Out of their stories, discussed and discussed, then Blue Seed Bag was born.
CHALLENGE: Challenges were on production process. Since the blue tarp actually used to protect the disaster affected houses was used, they have dirt on the surface, which made it difficult to find the factory to make the bag, because the dirt on the surface on the tarp will make a damage on the sewing machine. Manual wash makes additional process, and also maintaining the production stability and control is a challenge.
