| DESIGN NAME: Purification PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The inspiration of this case comes from the traditional Chinese cultural idea that the sky is round and the earth is square. Chinese and European elements with regional characteristics are added to the space to express the cultural exchanges and collisions between the East and the West. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Purification is an office design project. The main wall is the recycling of waste wood in furniture factories, advocating the concept of green environmental protection and decoration. In the premise of cost savings, mainly rely on lighting to enrich the visual effects of space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the middle of the square rest space, the designer made a painting landscape of high mountain water rockery artistic conception. There are many Chinese favorite koi in the pool, which is a auspicious symbol meaning step up. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main materials in this case are scrap wood, pine board, galvanized water pipe and so on. The light steel keel is used on the top surface to match the galvanized water pipe. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 600 square meters. The first floor is dominated by white, with the middle water absorbing stone and the stream of view, pleasing to the eye. The eastern side of the elevator hall on the second floor is Chinese arched marble pillars, and the western side is European Ioni pillars, which symbolize the exchange and collision of eastern and Western cultures. CHALLENGE: The design difficulty is to make the best effect within the limited budget. In the premise of cost savings, the designer mainly rely on lighting to enrich the visual effects of space.
