| DESIGN NAME: Unbound PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The public area consists of a living room, a study room and a bar. The three different spaces are designed in a modern style. Three in one, yet each of them is independent. The TV wall in the living room is made of black linear panel with yellow drawers, which looks profound but lively, simple but stylish. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: "Unbound" is a residential plan. Flexibility and penetration are emphasized in the layout of the space. The arrangement of the space is divided by axis. After the entrance, the front is the public area, and the rear is the private area, the bedroom. While planning the public area, an open manner without solid walls is used which breaks all the boundaries of space. Unbound means the integration of space as well as the integrated use of space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Design concerns the connections between the humanity inclinations and natures that gratify the clients’ preferences on the basis of the multiple values of design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The dividing wall behind the sofa is selected cleverly with stainless steel low partition that separates it from the semi-open reading area. The outdoor lighting is retained, and the back side of the wall is presented with a large piece of marbled laminates with rhombic collaging, expressing a dialogue between black and gray. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 99 square meters TAGS: Interior Design,Residential,H RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The bar design expresses its modernity by using artificial stones and white railway bricks, however, it still keeps a relaxing moment. From the ceiling extending to the wall and the floor, different kinds of wood are applied and cut linearly to create the three-dimensional interlacing lighter and darker colors. With the doors hidden behind the panels, the routes to the kitchen and bathroom do not affect the overall design. In the bedroom, the bright-skinned wall is finished with a calming architectural concrete to add a different touch of texture. CHALLENGE: Except for the modern representatives of black and white, the cold-toned stainless steel and artificial stones are used to divide the spaces, plus the combination of warm-toned woods, each of different materials is set off.
