| DESIGN NAME: Urban Oasis PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The sensations of human bodies derive from the sentiments to natural environments. Given the physical conditions of buildings, the designer driven by desires of humanity utilizes the design crafts that establish the delicate space layouts, spawn the elegant charms, and create the space originalities and fascinations. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The interior design work for the townhouse, located in Yangmei, whose owner takes great pleasure in country living, is initiated to present the resort atmosphere that green, as the main color, is associated with the exclusive color adornments suitable for different spaces. The public area, comprising the living and dining rooms, is on the different floor from is the personal area OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Design concerns the connections between the humanity inclinations and natures that gratify the clients’ preferences on the basis of the multiple values of design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The applications of decoration materials pursue the agreeable balance between the aesthetic compositions and environmental protections. By means of the applications of innovative experiments, the reinforcement of design works uniqueness and originality amiably integrates the technology and life style. The efforts consolidating the diverse tangible and intangible values are now comprehensively demonstrating the design skills and aesthetics to the design works as well. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 132 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The open public area, on the second floor, is embellished essentially with green that, corresponding to the distinct materials and lines, brings out distinguishing textures and atmospheres. The round ornament on the green wall, in the living room, enlivens the decoration attractions. The TV wall, made of white cultured stones, diffuses the countryside aura. The circular elements are consistently applied in the ceiling and suspended lamps in the living room. The dining room decorated with the green brick wall, wooden ceiling battens and delicate rain tree dining table, which present different but vigorous vitalities. CHALLENGE: The third floor consists of only two bedrooms, which exhibit extravagant impression and two distinct styles. The geometric patterns ornamented in the master bedroom animate the gray colors, manifesting the natural and candid charisma. The second bedroom discloses the exquisite style resembling a boutique hotel.
