| DESIGN NAME: Landscape of Namwon PRIMARY FUNCTION: Candlestick INSPIRATION: The Korean traditional technology is the number-two, and it works by worrying about how to solve traditional techniques in the current Age. While contemplating the design of crafts that fit the modern life, the candlestick design has been floated as a medium for a moment to forget the worries and hard things of the South. While using the candlestick suggested in this project, the user should meditate and have the healing of the Heart. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work made with the landscape motif of the South Circle The NAM won is famous for its neck lathe technology, with lacquer that has been passed down from the case to the true Buddhist. A man-in-the-south rights writer who is active in the south is the one that combines the candlestick with a brass candlestick holder made in Seoul from the ground candlesticks produced by maximizing the merits of the two technologies, resulting in a harmonious unity of different results. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It can be used a wooden candle holder which is finished in lacquer to a base of the brass freely, and the feet are heavy, so the candlestick itself can be used to put a candle. And also it can be changed the order and the object without the candlesticks hole by an individual preference PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2017 in Seoul and Namwon in South Korea. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The candlestick series of the breast is a work that was released in a contemporary design using traditional Korean paints. In particular, lacquer, wood and brass are all matched with the work tube that the artist Pursues.
