| DESIGN NAME: Tranquility Yields Transcendence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Public Space INSPIRATION: The sensations of human bodies derive from the sentiments to natural environments. Given the physical conditions of buildings, the designer driven by desires of humanity utilizes the design crafts that establish the delicate space layouts, spawn the elegant charms, and create the space originalities and fascinations. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tranquility, a lifelong status people coveting, is alleviating and consequently taking us farther. The influence of tranquility, applied in this house, creates a pacified space by means of the modern composed skills that propose the placid colors and design ideas so as to establish a calm living environment. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Artistically paralleling the indoor space, the outdoor space decorated with water, trees, and transparent and opaque glass develops the invigorating landscape. When the daylight filtering through the trees and windows, the tree shadows wavering on the stone walls intensify the fantasy of time passages. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The textures of architectural materials, furnished in this house common area, define the meaning of time that the different building stones require different time spans to develop genuine colors and textures exclusively present by the cloudy quartz and serpeggiante. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The area of the first floor is 1655 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Space, Public RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In the black-and-white space, the gray stones distinguishingly express variations of colors. The craftsmanship of materials selections, which assert the style of conflicting fusion, is justified with the combinations of warm woods and cool stones, of unsophisticated streaks and smooth textures, and of graceful glass and hefty stones that the interaction of warm lights and cold structures spawn the intensity and harmony. CHALLENGE: The wall display cabinets, symmetrically furnished in the massive white space, reflect the serene momentum that people feel the passages of time and alleviations of mind among the space embellished with sedate colors and gloomy lights.
