PRIMARY FUNCTION: Corporate Office
INSPIRATION: For this enterprise, the 71 pyeong office layout and structure are different from the common office. Because of the great location, we built the openness and mobility space to smoother the passage to improve the lighting. And we focus on the natural light and space interactive through the perfect distribution of moving lines, plan layout, and the functions to create an ideal office space.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The basic tonality in this office is steady and high-texture. The wall in the office is painted with the cement coating which is match with the wood texture, to present the multi-level performance. And the deliberately exposed ceiling beam can highlight the curved ceiling light. The continity of the curved ceiling creates a sense of extensive vision; in order to create the openness of the structure , using the division of transparent glass and iron mesh to divide the office area and conference room to maintain the penetration of light and keep the privacy; in addition, the curved glass soften the corners to give people a smooth feeling.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Space and then coated with a small space, there are a lot of corners at 90 degree angle is going to have to overcome, special glass materials used to make sweeping corners disappear

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Our space height is very small, in space we use the line to be exposed manner originally hidden in the ceiling of the pipeline planning and tidy and it was beautiful
