| DESIGN NAME: Wood and Sunlight PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The design plan was initiated on the basis of the open public area that consolidates the connections among spaces. The tree-shape wooden adornment, which resembles the life of tree, is furnished on the central traffic flow artistically symbolizes the vitality spreading omnipresent in the house. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For the house owner, as a doctor, concerned about the physical and mentally health, as well as the well-ventilated and luminous living environment, we maintain the original layout integrated with the natural elements, which include woods, mountains, water, rocks and daylights, that create for the family the desirable residence. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The house constructed with the low-formaldehyde materials supports the healthy, safe and trustworthy issues as well. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The wooden closets with different heights, alongside the life of tree, helps develop the lovely forest-like environments wherever every family member walking by can appreciate the scenes in the house. This public area starts the communications among spaces, and this public area signifies the tree life nutrient as well. The yellow wall surfaces embellished figuratively in slant epitomize sun shining comprehensively scattering in the house, while firmly uniting the family meanwhile. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project is about 132 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Consistently reconciling the image of Nordic forest that represents the laid-back lifestyle, the boundless kitchen decorated by the concept of the forest night sky exposes the easygoing and modest atmosphere. The table, also as the counter decorated away from the kitchen, is exclusively for the hostess who can prepare light meal or knead dough. The family, as well as their guests, share the wonderful moment in this space. CHALLENGE: The designer blending the mind yearning for pure life with lights, spaces and materials distinguishes spaces by applying the color and geometric skills that embellish the integral indoor space with the warm gray, which represents the main Nordic color tone, that show the changes of sunlight and four seasons in each space.
