| DESIGN NAME: Yuan Space PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The advent of the new era of shared economy has brought about changes in the city. In the past, typical office buildings were rented to different companies on each floor. There was no communication between the people entering and leaving the building. How to effectively create a platform that is conducive to resource interoperability and integrate with local culture to generate new urban vitality. Design important challenges. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Guangzhou, China. This is a shared office of approximately 7,000 square meters. Xu Yuxi created a dynamic eco-sharing office on the design methodology, and the entire office adheres to the principles of openness and interaction. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The rhythm of space is given the theme of dynamic light and shadow. In the concept, the "continuous rotation and folding" method is used to mix lines and curves in space. Between movement and rest, the yellow accents of the jump bring different vitality to the entire office space .
