| DESIGN NAME: Seamless Blank PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior House INSPIRATION: A house to present the owner's life and unique style to live. Before we start it, we made several discussions to make sure we understand the owner's life and created main ideas to make sure we can aim to their real life to accomplish the design. The design of this house is not a design style, but a lifestyle. In the communication, we found the most suitable texture, material, lifestyle to explain the temperature of the "home" for this family. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a house in the long shape building, we discussed with the owner to create a wide view kitchen as a core and made a unique view for its mom to check living and reading room. The kitchen was placed in the best position. For making a warm atmosphere, we covered the steel beam to wood beam, supporting the common field of the whole family. Also, we made a wall-to-ceiling wrap with Thuja plicata wood, echoing the porch's cabinet, adding a touch of warmth to the spacious and icy space. And use the space behind the gate to create a perfect storage plan in deep wood tones, leaving the beauty and convenience to the daily life of the homeowner to create a happy time for the family. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: With a long-term discussion and negotiation, we made up consensus ideal concept and both agreed to create a house for the this family to enjoy the life. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 2017 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and finished in July 2018 in in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: wood ( Thuja plicata) ,Italian mineral paint, painted stainless steel iron, white painted glass, Lotus soil, granite seamless flooring, gray mirror SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 21160 mm x Depth 10040 mm x Height 3600 mm, 224 square meters TAGS: wood, steel, interiorhouse, interiordesign, tyarchistudio, tyarchitects RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With an architectural process named BIM (Building Information Modeling), this project smoothly negotiated with clients, and prepared a great construction drawings to illustrate the concept of design. In addition, for a healthy house, we took research about non poison materials, includes of materials without TVOC, safe details and interactive spaces. We found Greenkey De-formaldehyde Coating and traditional techniques to make the house. CHALLENGE: With a strong sense of beauty of the hostess, we need to make a balance of the house to make sure we can achieve the best result. Design a beauty house is the basic start of designer, but how to make a house with great functions and enough storage spaces for a family is an important issue to solve.
