| DESIGN NAME: Haimen Changjiangyin PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office INSPIRATION: With the hope of helping people to pursue the true meaning of life in a more self sufficient way, designers attempt to use design techniques to portray the space in this project, of which designers also tried to achieve a coexistence with nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Materials and colors used in this project are quite restrained. We mainly take the colors of natural stones, which refine the oriental connotation and serenity, and reorganize them with modern technique to build up the elegance. By adopting the design technique which introduces the natural scene into the interior space, the moon-hole in the entryway echoes with the outdoor scenery, which makes a great interaction between the indoor and outdoor, creating a lively atmosphere. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project uses special materials such as Qing Tao jade marble and acrylic. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers an area of 907 square meter. TAGS: River, Ocean, Qing Tao jade, acrylic, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: With study into the location of the project, where has vast rivers, designers take the image of river to give the project a sense of broad and solemn. CHALLENGE: One of the main concern of the project is to convey the inner spirit. Therefore, designers use design techniques as well as special materials such as Qing Tao jade marble and acrylic.
