| DESIGN NAME: Family Fun PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: For the couples having two school-age children, the designer deliberately formed the house into a place both showing sport style and having fun with child. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The house owner, a fan of Michael Jordan and basketball, who shows his passion about sport activities in the house full of individualistic characteristics, in which the living room is decorated with Jordan T-shirt and the indoor adornments styles are likewise. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Design concerns the connections between the humanity inclinations and natures that gratify the clients’ preferences on the basis of the multiple values of design PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in Oct. 2017 in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: To create the ambience of sportiness and family fun, the designer decorated the study room with the alphabetic bookshelves, in the family members’ initials ATJJ. The yellow-and-green bookshelves, embellished with the Mickey Mouse wallpaper, amiably demonstrate both the childlike innocence and the personal hobby. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is 99 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residental RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The urbanization of society has intensified the population density, which forces the architectural and interior design to fight for the size of lands. The phenomenon of pseudo industrialization has an influence on the essence of buildings, the impact extending the spaces upward. Based on the aesthetic perspectives and design skills, the design work extraordinarily harmonizes the relationships between the human sensations and natures, the ultimate perfection of design energy displaying the backbones and qualities of the spaces. CHALLENGE: The graffiti wall in on the right alongside the bar table. The display cabinet, on the left, exhibits the father’s collections such as basketball shoes, of which the decorations incorporating the black iron nets, inner illuminations and glass door properly diffuse the energetic characters.
