Tracing taste and quality not only represents going after luxury to elites, but more shows their endeavor and insistence to exquisite life. More history Shanghai experiences, more dazzling brilliant it is, just like weather-beaten pearl. Since opening up, it creates its own style from hundreds-years cultures.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The key design method still focuses on details while chasing for freedom and modernism. Emphasizing quality and jumping out regular work is designer Huang Quan’s concept to the space. Vintage colors adding nostalgic and fashion phenomenon, lights reflecting the beauty of flowing time, the old-film style is not a sparkle of creation, but a step in the long way of ‘Shanghai Orient’ concept built by Huang Quan. Involving more, no matter eastern or western, into the design and making a good use of them will rich design.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Grey color bases the whole hue of space bringing into a nostalagia and modern phenomenon. Involving various cultural elements follows Huang Quan's concept "Shanghai Oriental". Modern furnishing, elaborate lighting, artistic installation and rational design are all included in the space creating an elegant elite style.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in April 2018 in Shanghai, China.
