| DESIGN NAME: Leisure Round PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Interior Design INSPIRATION: The apartment owners wish to provide a warm and open, sunlit and spacious house to their children who are under school age. Home needn't to be lavish nor over-decorated, natural and fundamental elements are essential to well upbringing. When wood and marble combines together, natural essence lasts and pervades joyful ambiances. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Minimalist linear arrangement embellished with oriental touches. Giant walnut wood paneling along hallway piercing the low beam, propels each area functionality and prolong the depth of visualization and spacious dimension, which is magnificent yet profound. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The open-conceptual area encompasses diverse functions. A double-faced sideboard to divide entrance and dining room; the low beam separate TV room and living area. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Both wood and marble give the warmth of mild color scheme as a flow. The marble wall in living room is divided into unequal proportion yet neatly aligned. Black ceiling light mounted slots make sharp yet coherent contrast to fit neutral colors. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 182 square meters TAGS: marble, wood, natural, mild, warm, soft RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Material linear arrangement. CHALLENGE: Among different space sections, there is no physical partition/walls. We define each area functionality by flooring, ceiling and furniture configuration plans.
