| DESIGN NAME: Longquan Forest Restaurant PRIMARY FUNCTION: Restaurant INSPIRATION: Facing the noise and the pressure of the city, people yearn to return to nature and seek spiritual sustenance in nature. Simply relying on the color and smell of food can not meet the needs of people. They tend to prefer a better dining environment, Baigongyan Forest Restaurant came into being. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is a dining space design with functions of dining, coffee and afternoon tea. The area of the project is about 800 square meters. From the outside of the building, especially at night, the interior of the compartment radiates through small holes to illuminate the jungle. Each dining room is a separate compartment without a shared partition, and the original trees are kept between the rooms. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: There is no need for other decoration in the interior, and the trees themselves are landscape decoration. This design allows customers to enjoy both the delicious food and the four seasons of the trees, without losing the privacy of the dining environment. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Under the premise of not destroying the original trees as far as possible, some of the trees are interspersed in the compartment, and wrapped in glass to form columns. The picture frame is added to form the natural decoration and hanging painting. The inner wall in the hallway area is concave and convex rock, mixed with weeds, true trees and pseudo wood, with the decorated birdhouses and creative lighting configuration. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: In order to keep the whole building closely connected with nature and increase the intimate contact between human beings and nature, the appearance of the compartment is extended to the lake in the form of abstract "lotus flower". In addition, the three sides of the room arch glass windows to form 270-degree sightseeing view, increase the pleasure of dining. It is located at the foot of Longquan Mountain on the right side of Sunshine City overpass of Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, 13 kilometers from the urban area, enjoying the reputation of "The First Lake Of Chengdu." The project is an additional project for the original Baigongyan Hotel, which can be used to receive the hotel's own guests and tourists. CHALLENGE: Before the renovation of project, its landform is the park stacked lakeside. At ordinary times, there are old men who are here for recreation, fishing and rowing. Since the original hotel ballroom is mainly used for banquets and individual guests, there is a lack of private rooms. Therefore, for the consideration of extending the function of the hotel and enhancing its receptivity, Party A hopes to transform the existing stacked lakeside into several dining rooms.
