| DESIGN NAME: Corner Paradise PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: Living like a recluse in the city is a dream longed by all, but hard to reach. Even rich and powerful people who can afford luxury houses barely embrace a moment of idleness. Situated in the corner of a busy street, this simple designed building is exquisite and unforgettable the exterior constructed with horizontal and vertical lines and other exterior elements such as white rock sheets, fair-faced concrete, grids and window layout design have presented the timeless beauty of landscape. The simple exterior and fascinating interior design also elaborated the true contemporary meaning of house of tranquility to the utmost. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the site is situated in a corner land in the traffic heavy city, how can it find tranquility in the noisy neighborhood while maintaining floor benefits, spatial practicality and architectural aesthetics? The designer Su made a bold proposal build an interior landscape. That is, to build a three-floor cubic building and move the front and back yards to the atrium and create a greenery and water landscape with trees and swimming pool. Besides, the building featuring stable geometric patterns that prevent passersby or neighbors from peeking into the house, guarding a fabulous privacy of private home. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Because of the high working pressure, the customers expect to own a home with high privacy. To accomplish that, the designer use strategic window placement on facade of the house to show less of interior. In the middle of the house is an open space where you can find the swimming pool and the huge tree, imagine in the natural forest or wilderness and you can enjoy it with brightness. Another request is possessing a space for friends to meet. The living room with high ceilings and spacious conference room can satisfy any activities. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Fair-faced concrete, natural rock sheets, granite wall stones, marble, ironware, glass, cypress, cedar, whole house situation system, Blue Whale intelligence blast resistant doors, and big thin quartz slabs. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Building Lot Size:484 square meters,Building Style Three-floor house Floor Space. Internal floor space is about 780 square meters. Home Design Garage, atrium swimming pool, living room, cooking and dining area, video room, meeting room, 4 bedrooms, maid room, sitting room, and study room. Principal building materials fair-faced concrete, natural rock sheets, granite wall stones, marble, ironware, glass, cypress, cedar, whole house situation system, Blue Whale intelligence blast resistant doors, and big thin quartz slabs. TAGS: (Postmodernism, interior, eco-friendly, user-friendly, smart home, nature, mountains) RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The type of research is how to combine the natural elements with the modern simplicity style of architecture. The designer need to check the conditions of foundation. Make sure the coordinate, abundant sunshine and space layout. Then he uses the materials such as, wide flange shapes and exposed Concrete to construct the entire building. The facade using windows as less as possible to reduce the light pollution. The designer believes that the combination of natural elements and modern architecture is not only artistic but also eco-friendly. If this manipulation can be used widely, it can reduce the waste of resources. CHALLENGE: The wall in the audio-visual room are artistically designed with different cuts and shapes of wood. Also, it makes use of chips of wood and it will be a powerful campaign for recycling in saving the environment. The window in the audio-visual room design to produce echo and excellent lighting. Major living room uses large quantity of granite combine with decorative furniture perfectly. The whole house is user-friendly design. Even light is installed under furniture to avoid directly irradiate eyes. This house inspires a feeling of elegance but user-friendly.
