| DESIGN NAME: The Warm House PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: For the design plan of the house, the residents’ needs are considered before the design craftsmanship. The house attracts people for its magnificent atmosphere and abundant sunlight. The design ideas, based on the intensification of cozy aesthetics, take in considerations the pragmatic functionalities and future readjustments that constitute the space values and connections. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: “Less is not empty, but pure; more is not affluent, but perfect.” OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: For the current family, a newly married couple, is expecting to have babies, the designer constructed two small bedrooms with comparable sizes. Considering the probable family needs to have one more bedroom, the designer made the study room favorably modifiable. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The entire space embellished essentially by white, burlywood and back has established the major visual perceptions. The divergent wooden textures, in dark, light, bright and matte, that are extensively adorned sustain the clean and warm vision. For the family favoring a “warm house,” the furniture arrangements following the rule manifest the consistent harmony as well. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 166 square meters TAGS: Interior Design, Residential ,House,Space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Between the corridor in the public area and the bedroom walls in the personal area, the transitional space including the walls and doors is massively adorned with the exquisite dark wooden grilles, which manifest the artistic charms and moods changes. CHALLENGE: To intensify visual perceptions, the designer coated the TV wall and beam with polished materials, which moderate the visual oppression caused by the beam, while broadening the sense of sight meanwhile.
