RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
The collection was starting from the study of the history of costume; especially in the Rococo period. Because that period fashion can see the both; Baroque and Rococo style. Two aspects of the losing shapes and ruffly design that was mainly inspired by the collection. Kim tried to incorporate Rococo costume history with contemporary art in a minimalistic way. Informed by broad and practical research which enclosed a historic source of costume, painting, critical theory, and contemporary art. S’MM attempts to create the new art form of fashion along with a story of contemporary art.

CHALLENGE:
The hardest challenging is always designing the clothing as wearable and sellable pieces because if the customers do not react about the collection, the brand cannot survive.
