PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Rehabilitation System

INSPIRATION:
with the increasing number of children with cerebral palsy, the attention to such rehabilitation equipment is gradually increasing. However, the current rehabilitation equipment products are difficult to meet the requirements for treatment and rehabilitation, and the degree of treatment is limited. For example, the lack of product definition can not achieve the therapeutic effect. The improper design of the sports organization causes additional injury to the children.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This product is a mainly aimed at children cerebral palsy, nerve damage caused by the lower limbs dyskinesia, intelligent children's lower limbs rehabilitation robot, children can also be used for other diseases caused by abnormal body control and postoperative recovery. No similar device has appeared on the market. The expansion and mobility of the seats and legs are better matched with children aged between 4 and 12 years of age.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
All electronic control is adopted by the exerciseable treatment mechanism, For example, the back and back movements of the seat back and back match the children of different height and size. The legs and ankle joints, the flexion and extension displacement. Screen specific two different functions. One is to help doctors collect and export data; The second is to provide a children's favorite interactive games, so that the children can receive treatment more actively.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in Beijing in April 2015 and completed in Beijing in August 2016.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
We use a simple and rich sense of technology to make the product better integrated into the treatment environment, which is in accordance with children's preferences and adult aesthetic. The overall seamless design and the smooth guide Angle also make the product more delicate and eliminate all the additional damage that can be caused to children. In terms of materials and processes, we choose safe and environment-friendly materials as far as possible to achieve low cost and high quality.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Initial product definition, there are no similar products on the market. the research and development group conducted a large number of software data simulation and functional physical prototype clinical tests, which gave a sufficient foundation for the deep design in the back. We have done on appearance design and interaction design is very bold attempt, a friendly streamline modelling, children like bright colors and simple treatment process interesting interaction experience for fun.

CHALLENGE:
Traditional rehabilitation medical equipment and treatment process are excluded for most children, resulting in limited therapeutic effect. Children of different ages vary greatly in height and size. We should match a product to all children aged 4 to 12 and be safe and reliable.
