| DESIGN NAME: Ozguven PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The brief provided by the customer has created the color shades, material preferences and general design process. By considering industrial and comfortable office request in a modern building, impressive, simple, comfortable and functional areas have been designed. A single design element has been enriched throughout the office and reused by being differentiated locally. The outstanding color has been the firm logo color in the areas where colors with same shades have been used essentially. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Each m2 has been allocated for a different function due to the number of persons to work here and the triangular form of the plan. Office effect and simplicity throughout the place have been enriched with ceiling coatings, furniture, and lightings, and a general design style has been created. The harmony of the exposed concrete, solid wood, brick and black metal have been conveyed from the entry to all areas. These materials have been locally enriched with red color in the firm logo. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the plan which has a triangular form and divided into two sections with building core in the center, hall and cafe section in which visitors will be welcomed have been constructed on the same horizontal axle. Hall spanning from the entry to the firm owner has been differentiated in itself. While this hall has been located around the building core, the office has been designed as two different working areas around the building core and the central axle which these two plans have been merged has been positioned as a meeting room. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: All floor coverings have been solved with increased slab top tiles due to the mobility of the working groups in the office. Ceilings have been designed as exposed concrete and open ceiling in a way that all mechanical and electrical accessories will be seen. Corridor ceiling over the executive axle has been separated through metal coverings, mesh and lightings. All walls have been designed as concrete and brick walls. Mesh and metal details have been solved with solid wood on the ceilings and furniture. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 680 square meter TAGS: Interior Design, Office, Concrete, Raw Materials, Mesh RESEARCH ABSTRACT: It has been aimed at designing places which satisfy all requirements of the customers, are not refined and are natural, employees feel themselves comfortable and meet all needs. Different industrial offices and offices carrying out the same work and their analyses have been examined. All baselines have been drawn and detailed in order to apply the harmony of the materials and a single color to the whole area and create an industrial office. CHALLENGE: In line with the brief provided, it has been intended to divide the place properly based on the functions and analyze office general workflow order properly in the plan and design level. All details have been solved so as to create areas which will make all employees be pleased with each area and detail in an industrial and assertive office and which will positively affect their performances in the office.
