INSPIRATION: The whole appearance comes from the concept of cell integration, and the overall fuselage is divided into three sections, meaning that 3D cells can be diversified into 3D combinations to advance the development of the whole biomedical industry.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The model has four printing tool heads, and it has the temperature control system of the whole molding chamber, which can achieve uniform cooling and heating environment.It also has a built-in HEPA filtration system and a 365nm uv sterilization system, which can realize the sterility of the printing environment.With the built-in hd imaging system, the printing area and video record can be monitored.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The model is modeled by the professional and the required biological model is obtained.In the upper sterile laboratory, the biological cell printing materials were cultured and transmitted directly to the low-temperature molding box, which was printed according to the provided model.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began in June 2017 and completed in December 2017.
