| DESIGN NAME: Slow Time PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential INSPIRATION: Slow time is a kind of life attitude, creating a natural, environmental and healthy lifestyle in Interior Design. Slowing down, to find your own peace of mind, to seek goods and the deepest happiness in life. Through the Gray space and contrast colors to build a neuter beauty . UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a flat layer of residential, three bedrooms, a living , a dining , a study and two bathrooms. Love of Nordic style rooted in owners living in tone, through the understanding of the modern design, use of black and white ash contrast color, with a small amount of light throughout the entire design. Facade, smallpox and the composition of the fireplace, light and shadow out of grace, let a space full of infinite imagination, in this moment of time as if still. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The project owner has deep artistic background, and experienced many years British traditional education, favores modern European style design. For the project, how to satisfy the owner's preference, to make extremely modernization bedroom space is the key point. During the design process, let the owner join the design, and keep good communication is the success point. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: material,silk fabric,leather, grey special wallpaper, wood veneer, wood floor, stone,stainless steel.Living room fireplace setting let a space more warm. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 300 squre meters TAGS: Slow time,Interior design,Robert Zhao RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The house is private residence, and is a larger three-bedroom. Position its design style as nordic modernization . Through the study of the nordic modern household, use black and white and gray tone as the foundation of the whole space, and integrate the selected famous brand furnitures into the design space to create active atmosphere. CHALLENGE: For the design, project fund is constrained. But from design to implementation, artificial cost and material cost are all increased, so experienced several times’ design adjustments to meet design effect and function. Luckly the owner add some expenses to insure the project completion, thanks for the owner’s insistence.
