| DESIGN NAME: Park Signature PRIMARY FUNCTION: Show Flat INSPIRATION: Urban interior design can always catch the eye of people who are seeking an exquisite life for its contemporary traits, glamorous chic, high-end touches and distinct taste. This project was designed to meet the psychological needs of those people with its detailed elegance and romantic nature . UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The loft space appears spacious, and every bedroom inside is provided with nice view. Particularly, its terrace is all-timber structured with unvarnished quality, arranged with black ironwork table and chairs, which has reinforced its simple style and low-profile beauty. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design for this project has been incorporated with the ambience of contemporary Chinese architecture and the grandeur of the European buildings. Traditional Chinese elements in the details of the furniture and the soft furnishing items have been able to reinforce the exquisite quality of the space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The base color ivory, has defined the keynote of the space as being low profile and elegant. Dark blue, a color often used in traditional Chinese architecture, is adopted as the dominant tone for the space. Meanwhile, traditional Chinese screen has been used to create the effect of spatial separation and visual penetration by making advantage of modern materials. While Chinese and western landscape elements are well integrated, a brand new spatial aesthetics has been presented so that the contemporary design is full of classical elegance. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 175 Square Meters Project Area TAGS: The C&A Group, Interior Design, show flat Design, Urban Modern RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project is located in the newly developed Ba Nan Longzhou Bay area. The superb backdrop of Nanshan Mountain and surrounding parks make the area an ecological livable place including various property forms such as row house, townhouse, high-rise residential and commercial. With the subway station not far away, it provides easy access to the urban business districts and thus to ensure the quality of life here. CHALLENGE: Instead of traditional luxury concept, the designer re-defined the urban lifestyle by injecting luxurious living experience into the real life attitude and integrating the glamour of intellectual elegance to fashion. The space is simplicity design but does not look dull. The revealing classic touch also makes it an intoxicant space.
