| DESIGN NAME: Hsu Residence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Private Residence INSPIRATION: For our client who sees materials and textures the most important thing, we took a simple approach to reflect the nature of the materials upon the entrance. We design a simple and unique living environment in the hectic urban setting. One can find inspiration and peace everywhere within. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the visual of simple grey stone and light stone ceiling sets the harmonious atmosphere throughout the apartment, patterns of wooden texture applied on the walls, cabinets, and furniture enriches the volume and warmth in the space. The combination of wooden walls, cabinets, and light brown tiles creates a soothing tone in the most private space in the apartment, where a peace of mind can be found sitting on the sofa and bathed in sunlight. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Taoyuan, Taiwan the design was completed in December 2017 FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The open kitchen, dining room, and the living room are well-connected, making possible a wide and bright visual experience. While sitting on the leather couch, one can easily find a peace of mind.
