| DESIGN NAME: Little Bear PRIMARY FUNCTION: Straw water bottle INSPIRATION: The Little Bear Kids straw water bottle inspiration of the shape is from Bear, clear and rounded design language, create a comfortable user experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Little Bear Kids straw water bottle is design for children which could prevent the water from splashing.The button is an innovation of the cup.At first, when people push the button, the pressure of the cup will be released in a flash, at the same time the water could be prevented from splashing. Secondly, people could loosen the button, and then, the lid of the cup will open completely. All parts of the water bottle are easily disassembled.You can clean and sterilize each component, not just the body. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: At first, when people push the button, the pressure of the cup will be released in a flash, at the same time the water could be prevented from splashing. Secondly, people could loosen the button, and then, the lid of the cup will open completely. At this point, the exhaust work has been completed. All the things have been complished just through one step. And, it is safe. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2016 in ShangHai and finished in March 2017 in ShangHai. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The water bottle is made of tritan, PP and silica gel. There is a gravitational ball at the bottom of the straw.The gravitational ball is made of 304 stainless steel and silica gel. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The 300mL water bottle dimensions: Width 134 mm x Depth 80 mm x Height 140 mm The 450mL water bottle dimensions: Width 82 mm x Depth 82 mm x Height 183 mm TAGS: Kids straw water bottle, Bear, Round, Cute, Children's water bottle RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The most mothers drink hot water to their babies in China. The design research start in a mom blog. They think the Kids straw water bottle will be unsafe when it opened because it's going to spray water. We conducted user interviews and Market Research.And find out the points that can be optimized and innovating. CHALLENGE: In the trial stage of the product,we have encountered difficulties.We found the leakage of the vent hole. So we reformed the structure of the water cup.
