PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence
INSPIRATION: The world "harmony," derived from the design work "Tranquil harmony," represents the decoration, the classical tranquility bringing the inner peace, and the aesthetics extension of the modern philosophy "to cut off, to give up, and to move on."
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: There is no redundancy in the space, and every space exists ingenious ideas, which are discernible to the furniture in each area. The visual centralizing on the furniture unveils the exclusive characteristic of each space.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sliding doors, widely applied in the house, sustain the clear visuals, and extend the style of tranquility.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in Dec. 2016 in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The decorative furniture, e.g. the realistic painting on the elegant wall, the white-potter stool, the back chair alongside the white seats, and the tree-style tea table next to the couch. The critical method is to simplify the master furniture coordinated with the subordinate decorations that strengthen the characteristics of the styles and color contrasts without being intrusive.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Life, the big system connecting every detail, and home, the big space showing life details. Every preferential definition about the space exists in every exclusive space. Some of them love the extension of classical style, some of them love the duplication of modern style, and some of them love creating style.
CHALLENGE: Planned by low color intensity, the space colors presents the entire space by the light-and-dark contrast and the consistent gray. The plenty storage spaces prevent the big silent area from being sabotaged by the miscellaneous.
