DESIGN NAME:
Coloriamo
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Packaging for clay statues
INSPIRATION:
Basic elements of the designed were based in the painted statues. The full color painted statues were perfect for using as main design elemnts for the given target group.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Coloriamo statues are of high quality fayans clay and the statue designs are premium compared to other available in the market. A professional painter was hired to paint the statues with the included quality water paints. A window box was designed and the design elements was based on the painted statues. A before-after was critical to be displayed so the consumer could be able to realize that imagination is the only barrier.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
We search online for similar products packaging and purchased all available similar products form the market. All findings were analysed and based on the results we decided the design strategy.
CHALLENGE:
The most challenging part was to use window box and design the statue holder that would allow the product to be visible and to be able to be transported safe. Many drop tests were made to be assured that statues won't be broken.
