INSPIRATION:
The concept of the design is to increase family members' interaction. With a large area of low-saturation black and white with local veneer to create a simple home without losing the temperature of the tonal, using yellow to bring the newborn both lively and full of hope vitality, but also the use of complementary colors purple gray as the spatial focus , Let the family living here, add colorful records of life.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Simple and bright is what the homeowner likes, and so the design team gave more attention to the details and the proportion of materials to create a visual feast of texture and structural aesthetics in a simple space. The hallway connecting the public spaces serves as a future playground for the children. The smooth flow and display design ensures the completeness of the entire public space.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The spacious study room is an important area for parent-children interaction. To fulfill the owner’s storage needs and maintain the aesthetic adherence of the design team, white cabinets are used to create a simple and neat visual effect, while the display cabinets are in black to make the space look bigger. The long table design allows the couple to handle business and use their computers at the same time. In the future, the children can also learn with their parents at this table as they grow.The table seems simple but contains infinite ingenuity.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project is located in Linkou, Taiwan. It is completed in 2017.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The natural texture of the Pandomo floor, the cement-like paint of the TV wall, both add a simple texture to the public space. To restore the comfort and function of the resting area, dark paint and veneer wood is used for the bedside wall. The unique color and texture releases a natural feeling in the space. The use of mixed materials blends the layers of light and heavy, thick and thin, creating beauty with the beauty of contrast; as well as the unique visual beauty of the two effects combined.

The total area of the residence is 209.9 sqm.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Storage is a problem many families will face, the hostess hopes that even after a long period of living, the space can still be fresh and tidy, and only the perfect storage function, is order to take full account of the convenience in the future. So in the living room, entrance, study room, kitchen and dining room, are planned with a large number of hidden cabinets, also some parts of the cabinet is opened, such as the display units, it can express the owner's personal taste of collection to embellishment personality.

CHALLENGE:
The large space with a floor area of more than 60 square meters originally planned for only 3 bedrooms, making the space appear hollow. As a result, the design team expanded the room to 4 rooms, which can not only provide accommodation for families or friends, but also future family members Increase the flexibility to reserve, in addition to the design of the storage room, the owner will be able to put less commonly used daily necessities or children's goods here, reducing the stack of excess home items.
