| DESIGN NAME: Koc Yasam PRIMARY FUNCTION: Dormitory INSPIRATION: We value students, we dream, we pull out all the stops to make our dreams come true.while designing area, we think about young people and students of soul.like Colorful, freespirits, dynamic, enjoyable. Important points are opposites of human lifes.We think about that. amateur/professional UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: we design, manage and give many services that improve students life quality and productivity. reception, fitness centre, game activity area, hobby kitchen, etude room, health service, sauna, market, cafe, restaurant, drawing room, help desk, mini movie, theatre, karaoke, barbeque yard, luggage room, music room, playstation room, ironing room, waiting room for guests, drycleaning, infirmary. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: After the employer's decision to make student dormitories in 2017.Areasures were made and the design moved to the final stage. After that, the student dormitory was moved to the manufacturing stage.After 4 months manufacturing stage was continued.The promotion and promotion campaigns continued in this process.The students continue their education in their new dormitories. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Productions were created within the project.All materials for example wood, stainless metal, painted metal, colorful glass, parquet, pvc floor covering, marble, granitt used and loved are not harmful to human health, natural and artificial materials were used together in the project so we worked with experienced manufacturers and stayed in the timeline, ventilation and electrical systems were revised again within the project, all floors were reconstructed according to the new plan. As a team we went over these shortcomings and designed systems where hundreds of geniuses can live and meet all their needs. CHALLENGE: The needs we identified were very clear. The design reached the result in a fast and exciting way. Ergonomin should be considered human values as well as educational needs. We clarified our expectations in this frame.
