| DESIGN NAME: Serel Poseidon Rectangular Washbasin PRIMARY FUNCTION: Self-Cleaning INSPIRATION: Seas; sometimes wavy and sometimes still, but always peaceful… Inspired from the peace brought by the sea to humanity, the design is named after the God of Sea Poseidon. Serel Poseidon Rectangular Washbasin provides a great difference with its reservoir cleaning form that reminds of calm waves’ washing shores. Thanks to surface technology Serel Hygiene+; it does not show dirt, prevents bacterial growth and is easy to clean. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Washbasin that was designed with the concept of maximum cleaning puts emphasis on functionality with a combination of aesthetics. Washbasin that will inspire new movement with its Self-Cleaning function of reservoir prioritizes hygiene and functionality. Areas on the left and right sections enable use of shelving unit for the user. After being used, the washbasin cleans itself which reduces the need of using cleansers and contributes in protection of usable water sources. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Primary goal of Serel Poseidon Rectangular Washbasin is to provide maximum hygiene. It holds the option of Self-Cleaning contrary to traditional use of sink. Minimization of water and cleanser use is aimed with this option. With its new generation Self-Cleaning function in interior reservoir, Serel Poseidon Rectangular Washbasin is easily cleaned with photocell cleaning system. Consuming 0,6 liter water for each use, the system minimizes the amount of water and cleanser in a detailed cleaning once in every 2-3 days.
